Love, Peace and Freedom Forgiveness Method
I choose the love that forgiveness brings.
I choose the peace that forgiveness brings.
I choose the freedom that forgiveness brings.
Rest and let go for one breath

The above is one cycle of the The Love, Peace and Freedom Forgiveness Method, Normally we would return to the start and keep going around, but before we get fully into it, its best if I explain a few things first.

The Love, Peace and Freedom Forgiveness Method, is a simple and powerful forgiveness method. It’s very flexible in that you can use it almost anytime and almost anywhere. You can even use it while doing other things such as housework, exercising out walking, running, standing in a queue and so on. If you know ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian forgiveness method you will see there are similarities, but some differences too.

Try and use The Love, Peace and Freedom Forgiveness Method for at least 5 minutes any time you notice that you are in an unhappy state of mind. You can use it either because you need to forgive yourself, you need to forgive someone else, or you feel somehow out of sorts and off centre – perhaps needing to forgive life.

You can use it even if you are not sure why you don’t feel right or if you feel that life is against you and too many things are going wrong. Feel free to give it a try if you feel burdened or overwhelmed by life and need some new, fresh energy.

The Love, Peace and Freedom Forgiveness Method is done over cycles of 4 breaths. When saying the phrases you can do them either out loud or the silence of your mind – whatever is appropriate to the situation you are in.

Check out the video to try it for yourself.

First out breath say, “I choose the love that forgiveness brings”.
Second: out breath, “I choose the peace that forgiveness brings.”
Third out breath: “I choose the freedom that forgiveness brings. “
Fourth out breath: Rest and let go

Then back to the First out breath and keep going round, preferably for at least 5 minutes.

Once you have worked with this method for a while you will realize that there are lots of ways you can vary it depending on what you need in the moment. You can vary the words in the phrases, the number of phrases and so on. But its good to have the standard version, which I’m sharing here, firmly in your mind so that if you need it you can easily remember it.
