Forgiveness today

Forgiveness Conversation

Our next Forgiveness Conversation will grapple with forgiveness as something which is born out of surrender and the acceptance of loss. We will look at grief and how forgiveness can create a space for living and regrowth. Olivier Clerc, an international lecturer and workshop-leader specialising in forgiveness will speak alongside Anne-Marie Cockburn who has her own personal experience of bereavement and forgiveness. Olivier and Anne-Marie will be in conversation with Marina Cantacuzino, Founder of The Forgiveness Project.

Personal Forgiveness

Within hours of her daughter dying, ANNE-MARIE began to write down her feelings as a way to channel her grief and try to make sense of the tragic loss of her only child. From an early age Anne-Marie has used writing to try to make sense of her life. This recent tragedy propelled her out of the shadows and gave her the confidence to share her words with the world. Her book,5,742 Days: A Mother´s Journey through Loss is a stunning and raw example of how writing can help heal. Anne-Marie also shares her story through The Forgiveness Project and its RESTORE prison programme.
